Hi, I'm Dr. Monique Belton

I have had an over 55 year journey to achieving my ideal weight. From my highest weight of 286 pounds, I struggled with yo-yo dieting for decades.  

I finally lost my last 40 pounds achieving my ideal weight after I went from a low carb/high protein diet to a Ketogenic diet.  

The one thing I hate is knowing how many people struggle with those first few weeks of being on a Keto diet when it doesn’t have to be so hard. 

The initial phase of Keto can be fraught with problems that can be discouraging and cause people to quit before they begin to see the amazing benefits of Keto.  

I started Mindset4Keto to not only share what I learned about myself as a Professional Life Coach and Licensed Psychologist over the past 35 years, but to work with people like me, looking for a practical way to spark positive change in their lives.
